  1. If you have access to the old hard drive information, please go to this folder: C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\ExpressInvoice That is where Express Invoice store the information on the Pc's. If you don't have information there, then you might have lost the information, the proper way of doing a back up is from "Tools" and "Back up Data".

  3. Have you trying using our audio editing software? Please try to edit the audio file wit this program (it has more tools and effects than Photostage), install the free version from this link: https://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/wpsetup.exe
  4. In the free version you might find that some features are not available, in this case just to be sure, please uninstall Prism completely and make sure to download it from the NCH free programs page: https://www.nchsoftware.com/software/free-downloads.html
  5. You just need to press record button and it will minimized automatically, and when you press stop, the recording will be safe also automatically. Once you finish, just go to the "recordings" icon on the top of the program and you will find that recording.

  10. In the Options of Debut go to the 'Devices' tab and confirm that "Capture Sound" is enabled. Also ensure that the Sound Device selected is your computer's sound card, and the Input Channel is "Windows Record Mixer". Click on the "Open Windows Record Mixer" button to open the Recording Control window. Make sure the correct output is selected. Stereo Mix (or Wave Out Mix) should be the one you select if available. Also check that the volume slider for that output in the Recording Control window is set to an acceptable level. Open the Windows Volume Control mixer by clicking the loudspeaker icon on the computer's system tray, and check to see that your selected device is not muted.   23. Have in mind the quality of the imagesĀ” If they don't have the enough quality, the result won't be clear. We recommend you to with different images making sure they have good quality.
