  1. Hi, If your invoices are backed up, then you can delete the old ones from Express Invoice. Hopefully., that will speed things up for you.

  9. You just need to click on "Browse", select the folder where you want to save that file and click on "Convert". The converted file will be automatically save on that specific folder.

  11. Are you sure these are not thumbnails? Are these save images? Whenever you browse a folder containing pictures or video, Windows creates small thumbnail pictures as a preview of the file contents. If you have lots of pictures and video, these small images can really add up. They are safe to delete, Windows will make them again when they are needed.
