  1. Most issues that you experienced earlier have been remedied.  Not to say that new ones don't crop up. ^_^

Upgrades are free for up to a half-year after purchase.

Tested the creation of a one-minute Blu-Ray movie ISO here, using version 7.10.  No sync problem.  Whether the shrink program would maintain that is unknown.

This has actually been happening ever since I first started using VideoPad in 2014. I kept forgetting about reporting it.

It has been reported, as noted earlier in this thread with a suggested alternative...

In lieu of using the fade transition use the TRANSPARENCY effect.  Click the chevron and select the FADE OUT preset.  Drag the slider to your desired fade start point.

A five-second fade example on a ten-second clip (at the end of the sequence)...

Other than enabled features, there's no difference between the free (trial) and paid versions, AFAIK.

Download, install and, if need be, register this version and transitions should be okay.  They are here.

  4. Right-click in the preview window and lower preview resolution and/or frame rate.  May help.  Allow time for the green line, above the preview window, to complete.

Be sure there's ample free space on the that 1TB SSD.

If source files are very large, check out this process, which can smooth and speed previewing, especially on lower-end PCs.

Video editing is resource intensive.  See how your CPU stacks up against  I7-class NVidia processors.

  5. Sounds good.  Most transition issues appear to be history in 7.10.

In tests here, behavior varies, depending upon what transition is programmed on the last clip in a sequence.  This makes some sense, as transitions are normally between clips.

Yet the fade issue that you reported has been confirmed as a bug and should be fixed shortly.

  6. That's too bad.

To comply with Google's space limitations perhaps you can place a quarter or a third of those files on the timeline, save as a Portable Project, zip them and upload to Google Drive.  Then paste the shared link here.

Be sure to save your full project in its entirety with a unique name that won't be accidentally overwritten.

  7. As yours is a lengthy video perhaps you can upload just the 4K portion that's not exporting correctly.

Place it on the timeline, then click FILE|SAVE AS PORTABLE PROJECT.  If there are a large number of files, Zip them.

In Windows, select (highlight) all the files, then right-click on one of them and SEND TO|COMPRESSED (zipped) FOLDER.

Upload the result to any free server, such as Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive or the like.  You may have to create an account.

Once uploaded, share the file publicly.  With OneDrive, simply right-click on the uploaded file and  then click the SHARE choice.

Paste the shared link here, and someone will check it out.

Before you go to this trouble, please download and install the latest VP version, and try your export once again.

  8. Is this the procedure that you are following?

Capturing your video using VideoPad is a simple process.

    1. Connect your camera to your computer
    2. Open VideoPad
    3. Click the Record button on the Home tab toolbar
    4. In the Capture Video window that opens, click the record button
    5. When you are finished, click the stop button
    6. Click the Close button at the bottom of the window

Your new video will be automatically added to the SAVE TO folder that you specified.
