    Hi @KEVINB, All NCH software licenses are single-user licenses. This means that the license can be used only on one computer/user profile. If you need the software to be installed on multiple computers you will need separate licenses for each computer. The other option to make the program accessible to other computers is with the option for Web Access.   5. Hi Kaya, The data is locked after some time. In order to change the date you will need to delete the current one and create the same with the same ID number again with a date that suits you.

From Inventoria, 1) Select the icon from the main window. 2) Select the "Other" tab 3) Select the "Advance settings" tab 4) Check mark the box that says "Allow Express Accounts...to sync with Inventoria" 5) Enter your Access Authentication code. This could be any number, please use 123456 6) Click OK. 7) Select the Web Access tab, check mark both boxes "Allow access to Inventoria on the Local network and Internet(Cloud Access)" and run the Web routing and Test wizard. 😎 Click OK to close the Options menu window and leave Inventoria open. -B. From Copper, 1) Select the Options icon from the main window. 2) Select the Web Access tab, check mark the Local network and Internet cases to allow access to Copper from the local network and internet. 3) Click on the "Sync apps" tab and check mark the option "Use this installation of Copper as a client on Inventoria or Copper". 4) Check mark the box that says "Allow Express...to sync with Inventoria" 5) Enter your Access Authentication code (123456) it MUST match the code that you entered on Inventoria. 6) Enter the IP of the server program (Inventoria) This IP can be view from Inventoria Options menu >Web Access tab> Local network IP. 7) Enter the port number of Inventoria, usually 1097 😎 Click the "Update now" tab to update the synchronization, you will get a "Successfully update" message. 9) Click the "Retrieve locations" tab, select your inventory location and select OK at the end.
  8. Hi Dan, The backup is going to restore all the data and locations that are made and saved as a backup. Do you have some issues when restoring the data?

Hi DeepSix, There is a template for importing data in Inventoria, here is the link to the file: https://files.fm/u/f9hhku7cw You will notice that there is a Quantities and Cost Price column, you might want to use the template and update your prices. Make sure to create a backup in order to avoid complications. Hope this helps.
  10. Hi Greg, What happens when you try to upload the stock? Are you able to export the scanned items on your PC to check the scanner? Could you give us more information? Or even better a step by step instruction. Also, you might want to try with a different scan device or application, depending on what you use.

  14. Hi @VicD, MoneyLine can import data from OFX, QFX, and CSV files. You may export your data from Quicken using any format available. You will then need to convert the exported Quicken file into OFX or QFX using a file converter tool which you can find online.
  15. Hi @AARTWYND, When you open a program, please make sure that you have set the correct period. Instead of the "Custom Period" please click on the drop-down menu and choose "All". This should display all your transactions.

Hi @incortasia, If you want to export a specific report please click on the Report button -> Click on the Report you want to export (for example Invoices) -> a new window will open where you can choose the period you want -> Click View-> Select all reports you want to export -> click again Report in the top right corner -> click on the option Save as CSV.   18. Hi @incortasia, To do this, click the Transactions menu option in the main window and select Recalculate Customers' Balances. Express Accounts will run a recalculation automatically.

  20. Hi, Please be aware that cryptocurrency values have a dynamic value that needs to be tracked (connected) with some external source. The MoneyLine does not have the option to track (connect) with an external source. All data are done locally.
  21. If the bank you are looking for is not in the list, you may add it manually. To do that, click Accounts, Add Account, check Enable Online Account Access, from the Financial Institution drop-down menu, select Add New Financial Institution, enter the required information, click OK and OK again to save the changes. Check the information below: 1. Financial Institution: Select the name of the financial institution with which the account should be associated. Alternatively, new financial institution information may be entered by using the Add 2. Routing Number: Enter the routing number (or sort code, transit number, or BSB number) for your financial institution. 3. Account Number: Enter the account number issued by the financial institution holding the account. 4. User ID: Enter the user ID issued by the financial institution for accessing the account. 5. Password: Enter the password associated with the above user ID. 6. Prompt me for my password when connecting to my bank: Check this box to prevent MoneyLine from storing your password. You will be prompted to enter your bank password each time your account information is retrieved. 7. Last Import: Last date an import of transactions was performed for this account. **If the issue continues, maybe is because your financial institution does not support Moneyline.
  22. Hi @HackerDaGreat57, At this moment the latest version for Windows is 4.02. Unfortunately there is no estimated time when a newer version will be out. Regarding your second question, after the trial period expires the program will request a license in order to continue with the work.

  24. Hi @Sue S, The difference between the version 3.02 and 4.02 are for retina display high resolution icons and Maintenance release. You should not have a problem with using the upgraded version.
