  1. Hi @cbreemer

There are some tools that can limit the CPU usage of the program that might help but be
aware that may cause the program to run slower. You may want to check the following:

    > BES - Battle Encoder Shirase
BES is a small tool which limits the CPU usage for a specified process: for instance, you can limit the CPU usage
of a process which would use CPU 100%, down to 50% (or any percentage you like). With this, you can use other
programs comfortably while doing something CPU-intensive in the background. By limiting the CPU load, you can
also cool down your CPU immediately when it happens to get too hot. Of course the processing speed will slow
down proportionally if you limit the CPU usage, but it should be much better than crashing because of heat or (in
the worst scenario) having your computer broken with a burned CPU.

    > Process Lasso
Process Lasso is a unique new technology that will improve your PC's responsiveness and stability during periods
of high CPU load. Windows, by design, allows programs to monopolize your CPU without restraint -- leading to
freezes, hangs, and micro-lags. Process Lasso's ProBalance (Process Balance) technology intelligently adjusts
the priorities of running programs so that badly behaved processes won't negatively impact the responsiveness of
    your PC.

Finally, the easiest solution I found is to limit Processor power:
    - Go to Control Panel.
    - Hardware and sound
    - Power options
    - Edit plan settings
    - Change advanced power settings
    - Processor power management
    - Maximum processor state and lower it to 80% or whatever you want. Using software that measure CPU
temperatures like 'Speed fan' you will see that
    temperatures drop.

  2. Hi @Bob B

If the bank you are looking for is not in the list, you may add it manually. To do that, click Accounts, Add Account, check Enable Online Account Access, from the Financial Institution drop-down menu, select Add New Financial Institution, enter the required information, click OK and OK again to save the changes. Check the information below:
    1. Financial Institution:
Select the name of the financial institution with which the account should be associated.
Alternatively, new financial institution information may be entered by using the Add
    2. Routing Number:
Enter the routing number (or sort code, transit number, or BSB number) for your financial
    institution.
    3. Account Number:
Enter the account number issued by the financial institution holding the account.
    4. User ID:
Enter the user ID issued by the financial institution for accessing the account.
    5. Password:
Enter the password associated with the above user ID.
    6. Prompt me for my password when connecting to my bank:
Check this box to prevent MoneyLine from storing your password. You will be prompted to
enter your bank password each time your account information is retrieved.
    7. Last Import:
Last date an import of transactions was performed for this account.
**If the issue continues, maybe is because your financial institution does not support Moneyline.

  3. Hi @NorthernCostumeHire

Please open a ticket here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

We don't provide details here as it would be available for everyone which will jeopardize your security. Please leave your email address associated with your license (email address you used during the purchase) and we will provide you with the software version covered by your license for Mac and registration instructions including your registration code. Thank you for understanding.

  4. To resolve the issue, I would recommend the following steps:

    1. Try a different brand or type of DVD disc.
    2. Re-encode or re-export the video file to ensure it is not corrupt.
    3. Close any unnecessary applications running in the background.
    4. Update your DVD burning software to the latest version.
    5. Test your DVD burner with a different computer or media to rule out hardware issues.
  5. Hi,

Digital Rights Management, or DRM, is a class of technologies that allow rights owners to set and enforce terms by which people use their intellectual property.

Rights owners are typically copyright-holding companies like music, film, book or software publishers. They use DRM to control how documents, entire software programs, or even e-mails are used.

NCH Software does not support tampering with DRM Protected Files.

Tampering with such files is illegal.

  6. Hi,

To successfully use the Flip Horizontal/Vertical option, ensure you select the element you wish to flip before accessing the flipping options. If the options are greyed out, it is likely because no element has been selected for flipping.

    1. Click first on the Home tab.
    2. Click on the Select option (this button looks like a mouse cursor).
    3. After clicking on the option "Select", click on the object on your drawing that you want to Flip. After you click on this object it will become yellow.
    4. Click on the Effects tab.
    5. Click on the option Flip Horizontal.

  7. Hi,

To create the combined slideshow, start by exporting the first slideshow in the desired file format. Then, create and export the second slideshow in the same way. Next, incorporate both exported slideshows into a new file format for the final combined version.

  8. Hi,

When attempting to open a .spj file for editing, make sure it remains in the same folder as all other project files, including images, audio, and video. If these files are not in the same folder, the program may not be able to read them and open the project.

To resolve the issue, you need to create a folder, and place in this folder the .spj file, image, audio, video files used in the project.

To avoid this issue in the future, save the file using the following steps: Menu > File > Backu up Project File to Folder > Choose the location on your computer where you want to save the file > Click Select Folder.
