It seems impossible to get transactions downloaded from my bank/credit card providers. When I click on download a list of financial institutions there is an error and nothing downloads. So I tried to enter manually; URL for the bank routing account etc. Nothing works just errors. The bank is no help as they don't know this software, in the manual setup it even wants the "port" number; how would anyone know that. My bank confirms the URL and that they allow 3rd party apps to access. I'm completely frustrated at this point and wish there was a way to get a refund.
