    Please make sure to follow the steps below in order to solve the situation presented with the program:
    1. From VideoPad, select the Tools => Options => Disk tab > "Cache folder" section => copy the folder path.
    On our end is > C:\Users\NCH\AppData\Local\Temp\
    2. Paste the path on your Windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache contents.
    3. Delete all files within this folder.
    4. Close VideoPad and reopen it again.    
    5. Reload the file and let us know the outcome.

    The answer is no. The Mac versions are updated the same as the Windows versions. The thing is that Mac and Windows are different platforms and different developers are working on the project. Having that in mind the versions and updates will vary from each other. So, to conclude, the Mac version is different from Windows but when it comes to features and ability it does not differ from Windows. It's simply the difference in releases.

    Tenga en cuenta que la mayoría de los servicios de transmisión pagos tienen protección DRM en su contenido, lo que significa que los programas de captura de video como Debut no podrán capturarlo. Debut no anulará la protección DRM ya que eso implica una infracción de derechos de autor.

    Der erste Schritt sollte darin bestehen, Treiber von Ihrem externen Brenner oder DVD-Leser zu installieren oder zu aktualisieren. Wenn ein System oder eine Software eine Hardware nicht liest, liegt das Problem höchstwahrscheinlich am Treiber, der zwischen der Hardware und dem System/der Software kommuniziert.

    Uninstall Stamp, then delete 3 folders named "Stamp" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
    **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Stamp\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Stamp\
    **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
    **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Stamp\
    **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue.

     

    When everything is done, install and register the software once again. 

  10. En este caso, puede hacer clic en Ver\Lista de clientes, buscar el cliente en la lista, hacer clic derecho sobre él y seleccionar Recalcular saldo del cliente\Recalcular. Una vez hecho esto, puede confirmar si ahora muestra la información correcta. Si aún tiene problemas, ¿podría enviarnos algunas capturas de pantalla que muestren el problema que encontró allí?
