Hello, what is the export option you are selecting to save the video? Could you try exporting to your computer first and then check if the slideshow still shows the vertical and Horizontal lines. I tested and the created video saved to the computer does not show any lines. Please check if this happens also with other image formats.

One thing that is not clear here is if you set the hotkeys after you updated the software version; and when you were assigning the hotkeys did you see the option to select those keys from the keyboard?

Hello, Keep in mind that for you to work on the floor and ceiling you need to actually see them. For the floors is easier, just select the Story you are working on from the Left hand pane, select the building option you want (floor) select the Style and color and then apply it to the floor section on the story you have brought up. Now, about the ceiling is a bit more complicated since to watch it you need to be inside the building you have build. By using the Camera controls at the lower left hand side you will be able to get in the building and look up to see the ceiling.

I do not understand what you mean by "when I place a fixture on any floor it goes to the basement" could you elaborate more on that?

The application Switch gets installed as any normal application on your Mac computer, all that you described before is the correct steps to install the program. I tested the installer from our website and it works fine to install on Mac OSX El Capitan.

Hello, I tested the program version 3.31 and I do not get to see the pictures pixelated, the issue may be related to the image format or quality of the picture itself. Try using different file formats or restart your computer to make sure the display drivers get refreshed. You may also want to delete the cache memory from the program before you start working on a new slideshow. To delete the cache memory you may go to Options > General > Cache and click on Clear Cache. Hello, the aacdec.exe is a codec that is related strictly to some files, since you confirmed this only happens to some of the .m4a files it could be an issue related to those files (the ones giving issues). My best advice would be to try to determine if there is anything similar on the files you have issues with, for example if they all are from the same Artist, album, or if it was compressed the same date, anything that may link those files together. If the issue does not happen across all the .m4a files then is not an issue with the program but probably with the files. Hello, Usually the best audio quality is the uncompressed format wav. however, that is usually what is selected when you record the original audio or if you are copying from a good audio source that is in uncompressed format as well, if you have an mp3 file that was compressed at 128 kbps and you convert it to .wav you will not notice any difference since the source audio is compressed to 128 kbps.

If you are converting from CD directly then you may select .wav and that would save a better quality audio than if you use Mp3.

In Switch .wav is the 3rd option from bottom to top from the formats list.

Hello, Express Accounts does not offer the option to bulk upload transactions unless you have save them as CSV files, but based on what you said that is saved as a word document. Sadly your only option is to enter each transaction manually in the program.

Hello, I have checked and when applying the scale effect to a video it does not flip it upside down, the stretching will happen depending on the scale option you select. The idea of using scale is to actually resize (scale) the image to match an specific format. Hello, for the Hum sound you could use the compressor or normalize audio effects, There isn't really a way that we can describe for you to remove that sound since that will depend on the frequency for the Hum sound. If you wish you can try using also the equalizer in the program to lower the frequency where the hum sound lays. Hello, in order to change the Express Accounts Hours column to Quantity you may go to Options (windows) or Preferences (Mac) then go to Invoice on the Left side pane then under Invoice Text, go to Invoice Text Item and from the options select the Quantity column title and in the box to the right you may change Hrs to Qty. Once you have made the changes needed you may click on OK and the next invoice you open it will show QTY instead of Hrs.

Hello, the amount of time you can burn on a disc will depend on the format you choose to record (burn) the audio to. Now, if you want to record 6 hours then you can try using Mp3 as the file format. You can use Express Rip to rip the audio, convert it to mp3 and burn it to a disc, however, we cannot guarantee you that the whole 6 hours of audio will fit. Hello, I just tested the latest version of this program (4.22) and the exported file does show the mask and the effect applied inside the mask. Could you check you do have the latest version installed, You may also want to reinstall the program from NCH Software's website and restart the computer upon reinstall.

Hello, I have noticed that videopad records better when using .avi as the output format. Give that a try and let us know if the issues remain. This could be an issue related to the file format or the program's version you have there. You also may want to clear the unused cache on the program, to do that you may go to Options > Disk and click on the button to clear the cache.

Hello, Sadly at this moment the program does not offer the option to add other templates for other documents.

Let me answer to your questions in the same order:

1- There is no automatic option to export once sequence after the other one has finished.

2- The only transitions the software offers are the ones you can find under the Transitions button. Currently there is no option to customize your transitions on the software.

3- Regarding the issues to upload videos to youtube, I just tested this and uploaded a video with no issues. Try login out of your Youtube account from any browser and from the program if you are automatically logged. After that select the option to export to Youtube and log in when the program prompt you to.

4- No, you can only have one instance of Videopad open at the time.

Hi, what type of files are the ones you were trying to upload? Were you able to drop the same files on your Macbook? Have you tried with other type of files, or other files at all?

If this was happening to all files you try to add as bulk then it may be an installation issue, try reinstalling the software.

If the issue happens only to those particular files you tried then it could be a compatibility issue.
