  1. Hello, This program records all the transactions, and when you pay your credit card fees you need to record that payment as well as a expense on your banking or savings account.

    If you still feel this is not the right way, you may want to contact the NCH Software support team for further assistance.

  2. Hello, yes, you can use the buttons to flip the text vertically and then just position the text box on the spine where you want to enter text.

    If you are not sure how to use the vertical flip button, you may want to check the user's manual for Disketch.

  3. Hello Kool,  have you checked and confirmed you are selecting the right burning drive when you try to export the project?

    By default, the program would select the option to create an ISO image if the burning drive is not recognize.

    If your burning drive is not recognized by Express Burn, you may want to check drivers updates for the burning drive you are using there.

  4. When you select the microphone to record from, are you getting any signal feed? Have you tried connecting the microphone to a different port on your computer?

    If you are using an interface, could you try using a different channel to connect the microphone to? Have you tested reconnecting the interface or confirming you are getting an audio feed from the mic using the interface's monitoring feature or port?

    Based on what you are describing it is likely that your computer may not have enough power to run the video and capture it at the same time.  There is also the possibility that the stream you are trying to record from is protected against piracy which will stop any recordings, for personal use or other wise. 

  6. The free trial offers all the same features as the full version but for a limited time, and this could be the reason why the features has stopped working.  

    Also, please note that the option to select the date is only available when you chose the option "One time" on the schedule options. 

  7. Hello John, 

    Currently, the program does not have the option to automatically include the PO number on the invoices.  What you can do is to add a custom field on the invoice so you can manually include the PO number for the customers.  To add a customer field, you may open Express Accounts, go to Options > Invoice > Customer field.

    Could you tell me if the issue happens with all the  files you try to save, all formats?  What editing are you doing on the photos before you save them?

    Have you tried reinstalling the program so you can reset it to "factory settings"?

  9. Hello hjford, I have tested the program and i cannot replicate what you are reporting. When setting the program it will stop the recording and start a new one once the time mark is reached. I made the test splitting the recordings every 5 minutes and it did not compress the video, it did split it every 5 minutes.

    You may want to contact the NCH Software support team for more assistance on that particular issue.

  10. Hello Walterwhite, sadly, the program does not offer the option to load shortcuts from other applications. Only the dat files created from another FastFox installation would be read from that option. 

    Also, FastFox has a shortcut limit of 2052 shortcuts only.

  11. Hi Tim, I believe Express Accounts does not keep a historical of the opening balances on the accounts as you change it.  Now, if you are saying that the program is not showing the opening balances at all when you to go the chart of accounts, you may want to create a backup of your data and reinstall the program.
