  1. Yes this is easily possible, but not in the current version. I'll pass this on for inclusion in the next release.
  2. Reasonable idea but IVM cannot do this at this time. The messages as soon as they are recorded can be sent to a variety of locations (see mailbox properties) but will otherwise stay. I'll pass this on as a suggestion for the next release of IVM.

    call between 2 lines

Sorry, you cannot . Call transfer only works using the current line and the process built into your phone system. Commonly you send a hook flash !. Is there a reason you cannot use this transfer processs?

  7. Did you download the installer and run it on your PC. The exe on our website is not a Pocket PC program. It is designed to run or you PC where it installs the appropriate Pocket Pc application next time you do an ActiveSync
  8. The files are stored in the folder listed in the Optput Folder at the botton of the main window. Try changing it to another folder and see if your ripped file go there.
  9. Please contact me craig@nch.com.au and I'll send you a version to Express Rip to determine the nature of your problem
  10. With IVM version 3.0 booking.ivr is faulty. I am updating it currently to be compatible.
  11. VOIP does not use you modem except to provide an internet connection in some cases. I assume you modem is purely for telephone input and you have a separate internet connection. Please note you cannot test using the same SIP account in IVM and your softphone (Express Talk say). Most SIP providers will prevent this and the call will never work. If you still have problems please contact me craig@nch.com.au and send me a copy of c:\siptrace.txt immediately after attempting a call.
  12. Are you asking to transfer a normal telephone (PSTN) call to a VIOP line? If so you cannot using IVM. Otherwise could you please explain again?

    VoIP Vs. hardware ?????

Also if this does nothing please contact me on craig@nch.com.au please send me a copy of c:\siptrace.txt
  14. Which version of IVM are you using? I just tested this using version 3.02 and it works just fine.
  15. We have had a few customers using CallURL boards where their PC do not work correctly after installation of the board. These are the main issues 1. PCI voltage level. The various boards have different voltage requirements and different revision PCI slots generate different voltages. The latest installation guide for CallURL boards does address this issue and describes the different PCI slots and their voltage issues 2. BIOS conflict - the BIOS in the motherboard does not correctly handle the card or another card loaded. First please upgrade your BIOS for you motherboard. It does not matter that you have a new PC you can still normally upgrade the BIOS. If this doies not help try removing other PCI cards from you PC 3. IRQ conflict - sometimes Windows will allocate the same IRQ number to two PCI boards. Check through Device Manager and see if there are any duplicate numbers.
  16. Have you double checked with you telephone system provider in Spain and confirmed the call transfer proceedure. It may be the process is different (ie maybe they do not use ! or request a particular hook flash time). Note hook flash timing is part of the modem driver not IVM so if there is a difference you will need to check the configuration of your modem and possibly set a initialisation string. Please note as IVM works in the US with the same hardware then a software fault is rather unlikely.

    VoIP Vs. hardware ?????

On the VOIP tab of settings have you tried running the Newwork Setup Wizard for IVM? A similiar tab is present in Express Talk.
  18. Most likely it is the installation of your modem drivers. Please try doing a complete unistall and reinstall of all drivers for your modem.

    real time logging

You should create a special log under OGM properties, Advanced. Each time the OGM is called you will be able to log anything you want to a custom file. The seconds format is easy the first is possible but more difficult (additional OGM needed)
  20. As of version 3.0 when we added VOIP support you can transfer calls to another VOIP number. If the software package is registered for a separate SIP number then this should work fine.
  21. Each OGM has an End of Message Wait (Properties, Message tab). If you want the OGM to wait for 3 minutes put in a value or 180 (3 * 60 seconds). Note sure why such a long wait is desirable though.
  22. Sorry we did not write your fax software. IVM does not interface with any Fax software. Please refer to the manufacturer of the Fax software package for any limits of it.

    OGM Folders

Hi, can you explain what you mean by you cannot use the OGMs in the folders. It works just fine here for me. Remember in the Go To OGM function you need to specify the path for the OGM eg in the root Start OGM Folder OGMGROUP1 contains OGM 1 Folder OGMGROUP2 contains OGM 2 In Start OGM you would refer to OGMGROUP1/OGM 1 or OGMGROUP2/OGM 2 in OGMGROUP1/OGM 1 you would refer to ..\Start OGM
  24. Hi, are all the files present and readable on the CD (notabvly the files in the last few folders)? If you would contact me (craig@nch.com.au) I will send you a diagnostic version to resolve your problem and hopefully get a complete burn.
