Hi, when you burned the audio CD did you choose the default track pause of use the burn session at once option? Also is the burned CD playable in your computer?

Where does it say 'Cannot Allocate Channels'. If this is when running the properties for the line (and thus running the CallURL configuration program), the answer is to not do this in IVM. 1. exit IVM 2. run Easy TAPI/Line Detector

Check the callURL website www.callurl.com Actually you issue sounds more like a BIOS conflict and could be fixed by updating the BIOS on your motherboard.

Good suggestrion for allowing the rearranging of the order of plugis. We will implement this in the next release of IVM. We have already talked by email about the sql length limit. For others information the length is limited by the windows command line size (about 256 characters). We will make some changes to the sqllink plugin to allow file inputs.

It sounds like you are getting false DTMF detections (ie hearing invalid numbers). This is controlled by a software system called TAPI (part of windows) and by the drivers of you telephony board. Depending on the card you are using (2/4/8 lines and revision) there is an updated driver 2.4 on CallURLs website that does resolve some DTMF detection problems. Please note you need to uninstall your old drivers before installing the new ones.

Sorry no you cannot do this. The call transfer process is wholly in the hands of your telephone provider (or PBX if you are using one). IVM cannot play music during this as the telephone system/PBS has sole control over the line.

Can you explain your 'channel alocation' issue with IVM? If you are refereing to the message 'Cannot Allocate Channel' when you open the configuration dialogue for the CallURL board, then this is a locking issue between TAPI/IVM and the configuration program. The solution is to exit IVM and then run the Easy TAPI/Voice Settings in the Start menu.

Hi Guest I am a programmer for Express Scribe. 7. Test MP3 and DSS files. (DCT files still don't work.) I have tested Express Scribe under Linux using Wine 0.9.2 and DCT files play just fine. Can you let me know if you are still having issues under the latest Wine and if so please contact me craig at nct.com.au where at = @ preferably send me a copy of the DCT that does not play.

Hi, are you using the variable read out option or using TTS for the script?

Hi, how does this differ to creating a new dictation each time? Or do you want it to automatically create a new dictation every time you start recording?

This is not a known bug. Probably it is an issue with the recording system in the Pocket PC but it may be a bug. Can you send me a segment of a dictation around where this happens craig@nch.com.au

Try the example for 11+ mailbixes. Here you are prompted for the mailbox number and then a message is left for that box. Otherwise you need to create an OGM to input a number and then decode that number to a mailbox (possibly with a plugin or otherwise using Go To OGM and you call OGM %input% where input is the name of the variable you input the details into

Which SIP provider are you using for VIOP. Also which version of IVM (please don't say current, tell me the actual version).

THere is not web to IVM interface currently provided. If you can get your web page to run IVM with a command line parameter (outbound autodial process) then you should be able to get it to work.

Generally with CallURL drivers is it advisable to fully unistall the drivers and then reinstall after a reboot.

What goes wrong when you set up a SIP Line? Did you run the network setup wizard?

Have you updated to the latest version. Various problems with DTMF detection have been fixed recently.

Nothing, it is impossible. A single analogue line can only answer one call at a time. Using PBX systems you can work around this to a degree but this is outside of IVM.

Please chech the Prpoertyline example for IVM it does almost exactly this.

As for you other inquiry Normally this means the plugin did not run at all. Probably the path to the plugin is wrong. A couple of the examples need updating for version 3+ and will generate the error. Put in an absolute path for the location of the plugin executable

TheGizmo Project appears to be a SIP based phone. If you have the server and user details you should be able to connect by configuring a line I could not see these details on the website so please contact them for the details IVM requires to create a VIOP Line (check Setting/VOIP in IVM and create a new line, you will be prompted for the details needed)

Please clarify what you are doing. Is the mailboxno an entered varaible via an OGM? Where are you using it (you note pbx string)
