    IVM error

    Normally this means the plugin did not run at all. Probably the path to the plugin is wrong. A couple of the examples need updating for version 3+ and will generate the error. Put in an absolute path for the location of the plugin executable
  2. The feature is still not implemented so the 1.5 second wait will always be there until I release a new version (1.09 probably)

  5. 1. there is no manual separate to the help file for Express Burn 2. burn error for Memorex CD/RW - this sounds like a media compatibility issue. There are many cases where a particular drive cannot burn particular media. Sometimes you can upgrade the BIOS of your burner (see the manufactureres website), otherwise just use different media. 3. EB's EP' ? What are you talking about here? If you are talking about ripping tracks from a CD or other media you should refer to the Express Rip forum.

  7. Hi, I have no doubt your drives are fine. Express Burn is just not compatible at this time. Please email me and I'll send you a beta version that may fix it and if it does not it will provide me information to help resolve the issue email: craig@nch.com.au
  8. Can you tell me somthing abou tthe audio files you burned. Particularly the files that failed. It may me Express Burn has not decoded those files correctly. Try creating a new audio cd (no need to burn it) and add the same files. Select one of them and click on the play button. Does the audio play ok?
  9. Clarify: some SIP providers can (generally a pay service) but IVM cannot do the transfer.
  10. To clirify some SIP providers so allow this but it is heavily dependant on the provider. IVM cannot do the traansfer but the provider can.
  11. Version 3.02 should of fixed this issue. If anyone is still having a problem please contact Thomas tj@nch.com.au He will send you a diagnostic version of IVM to help determine the issue.

    Yes, please check our SDK and plugins.
  13. Sorry, these questions are dependant on you modem and mainly your phone system. This is not a part of IVM. Please check with you telephone service provider.

    Under mailbox properties you can set it to sound a beep when a new message is received.
  15. Sorry, IVM cannot do that. I'll pass on the request but it is not likely in the near future.
  16. This means it is detecting the tones in the call to indicate that a fax machine is calling you. IVM does not handle faxes and such calls should be sent to another line. If these are not fax calls then the issue is that you modem/drivers are faulty. Please redownload and re-install.
  17. Nothing currently exists. You would need to create software to scan your email and transfer to IVM. There is no related software. A plugin could be developed.

    help! Multiple lines??

    IVM will answer any calls received via the physical phone line connected to the modem/telephony board. I am not sure how to filter based on the incoming line, this seems to be specific to your PBX system. Possibly we could customise IVM for this but it would involve development costs. Please see out website for details.
  20. Hi, I need to know what version of IVM you are using. As of version 2.41 a comma related bug was fixed. Also can people confirm if the process works currectly without commas?

    My immediate thought is that you need separate SIP accounts for each VOIP line. I just spoke to a expert here and he will check. We will confirm back.

    The command AT#CLS= is for a specific chipset of modem. The main other command is AT+FCLASS=

    Short Messages

    Sorry, no. We have a set duration to handle cases where a person calls in and decides to hang-up and not leave a message. Is there a reason why you would need to leave a very short message?
