With the current version you cannot. We burn audio Cs using trac at one which always put the pause. A lter release should fix this. Temporarily you could create one large file with all the tracks concatenated together (our Wavepad product can do this) and burn a music CD that way.

Are you using a Data CD or an Audio CD? MP3 CDs should always be Data CDs. Otherwise the size is limited by the size of the files (approx 700 Mb for the average data cd)

By wave drivers I mean the voice/wave drivers that come with every voice modem. They allow the modem to act as record/playback devices in windows. We have some other vaugue reports of playback quility decreasing over long playbacks and we are researching this issue. It may be better to try a wave file instead. If it is only speech try the GSM codec which is very efficient at voice only information. Otherwise if you have plenty of disk space try PCM.

When you say sometime will playback does the CD play fine (all tracks) or does it only play some tracks. Most likely this is a media issue, where your trucks CD player cannot read the CDs properly. Please try a different brand CD and see if they work any better

Mostly yes. You would not be using mailboxes as you are only transferring calls. It would just ask for keys to transfer the calls. There are many issues with telephone systems and call forwarding so I cannot say if it will work for you so please try it. IVM can only forward fax calls to a fax machine, it cannot pass it to a software fax package.

Try the following 1. for a single date in the OGM use 'Text to Speech Synthesis of Script' and set the script to For %date% press 1 2. for multiple dates you will need to use plugins a. create a plugin that scans the folder and creates a return variable like returnvar containing For file1 press 1 For file2 press 2 For file3 press 3 where file1..filex are the filenames. b. Again use 'Text to Speech Synthesis of Script' and set the script to %returnvar% c. You will need another plugin to handle the decoding of the key press to filename. Possibly each key press would run a separate OGM (say OGM1, OGM2 etc) which run a plugin accepting a parameter of the key number. The plugin would scan the folder for file x and play it. Both plugins would need to be written as there is nothing existing.

Poorsound quality is almost always an issue with your modem and its wave drivers. Try checking if there are updated drivers available (from the manufacturers website). Also try uninstalling your modem and reinstalling.

Try to remove the drivers using Phone & Modems under Control Panel, Advanced tab. Talk Voice TAPI Service Provider will be listed and select it and select remove. The issue with booting after installing the board sounds like a classic BIOS incompatibility. You either needed to remove another card it was conflicting with or try upgrading your motherboard BIOS.

You canot create a new folder using command line only. You can add a folder using the command line. Just add it like any other file and the folder will be created on the CD and all files in it will be added to the CD (in the folder)

Currently IVM cannot do what you are asking. Our autohours feature is only meant for business hours and after hours type issues. You could achieve the effect by writing a plugin that 1. tests time/data 2. returns a variable say %dayline% containing your "Info-Line1" etc messages 3. use the option to Go to OGM.. and select a value of %dayline% You would need to create OGMs called Info-Line1, Info-Line2 etc to handle special processing for these days.

There was a bug fixed in version 2.31 to do with this. Whcu version are you running.

Which version are you running? Version 2.41 fixed some wait related issues.

Could you explain what you mean by standby? Also by log do you mean the IVM log? Is IVM running as a service or just on system startup?

IVM will support multiple modems. As long as they are TAPI compliant and fully voice compatible. Please note in the IVM FAQs (website) there is some problems with having 2+ of the same modem due to driver conflicts.

Hi, could you give us some information on wich operating system you are running and wich modem you use. My initial thoughts are that you have a bad modem driver. It is amazing how many faulty drivers are out there. Please check your modem manufacturer web site and see if an update is available. Mainly this is for the wave/voice driver. On my system I get the dreaded Blue Screen of Death with one modem and its driver when answering a call. Otherwise all other devices are fine.

Currently no software correcly handles TAPI Fax handoff. As such you cannot get any software solution to work.

This is probably a compatibility issue but you have not listed much information (how many tracks, how long is the silence for instance) Please refer to the 'Help me please' entry for info on a beta version.

Express Burn is deliberately a simple burning application for lowend users. Most of the features you are asking for there are set at default 1. Joliet & ISO9660 file system always for Data CDs 2. CDs are always closed for both data and audio Multisession is something we do not support at this time. It may be in a later release.

For an audio CD the standard is that you may only have upto 99 tracks. To burn a MP3 CD you burn a data cd and then you have no such limit.

Hi, the product is free but after 14 days is will be restricted to only wav and mp3 audio files for audio CD. ISO burning will also be disabled. Otherwise all features will remain.

Sorry you cannot. We do not have the ability at the moment to bypass these forms of copy protection.
