Hello Alt18, however, if the files you are working with were not saved properly due to space limitations, then there is nothing in the program or that we can do to help you retrieve information that is gone. What you can try to do is to confirm you have enough space in the drive where you are saving the audio files.

  5. Hello Guitarzan, in this case, you may want to open MixPad, go to options > General > Audio playback and select the Asio driver so you can set the output options from your interface device. Once you are using the Asio driver you should be able to monitor the playback or recording using the headphones icon on each track, just make sure you select the right Asio channel for each track you want to record.
  6. Hello iogurte, the only way to stop the horizontal scrolling is to zoom out on the waveform all the way. This will make the waveform to look clutter but will show you the whole track length horizontally.
  7. I tested the latest SoundTap version 6.03 but cannot replicate the issue you are reporting here. One thing you can try is to reinstall an older version of the program and test if it works.   8. Hello SimoneU, when you load the PDF files on Pixillion, are you able to view the preview of the PDf file. You may want to check if these issues happen to all PDF files and if you convert to other file formats. In case the issues remain, you may want to seek assistance from the NCH Software support team directly.

    Hello Scottnsue, with MoneyLine you can run reports to view your Incomes/expenses by category and this way determine if you need to withdraw more for one account.   10. Hello artisticaspectsinc, since the issue you are reporting happens only to one track, then, it is likely the issue would be with something on that particular recording you made. Have you tried saving the project using a different name and then exporting the new named Mix as Flac or Wav? Is the track out of sync delayed or ahead of the other tracks?
  11. Hello Lee Roy, and the only way to use Switch on Linux is with Wine or another Windows emulator. Currently, there are no Linux versions of the program.
  12. Hello Tereza, if you are selecting the option to record from Mic on Debut, then you may want to confirm if your Windows System mixer has the mic set to Mono or Stereo. From Debut you may go to Options > Audio > select to record from Microphone, click on System mixer, select the mic you are using to record from, click on Properties > Advance and confirm if the mic is set to record on stereo or mono.

Hello Pinkie, you are correct, the program won't be able to record when you use bluetooth speakers because the bluetooth connection uses a different driver that the program cannot pick to record from. The same will happen if you use a HDMI cable to connect an external monitor and transfer audio to it.
  15. Derek, to stream from different locations you will need to have the program running on two different computers. For that you will need one license for each computer so you can have the registered version of the program. Each computer will generate an individual link for the streams, so you will need to update your website to post the correct link to the stream.
  16. Hello Jerome, yes, the program can expand text on several lines, for example, you can use a shortcut as test, and expand a text on many lines as you need.
  17. Hello, The program Express Rip does not have the option to copy the Cover art, and specifically, FLAC formats do not support artwork as the type of metadata it can carry.
  18. Hello, old Soul, in this case, you may export each clip individually as Wav and then open those clips on any other program you prefer. To export the clips you may open MixPad, load the project you are working with, select the clip you wish to export and then click on the tab Mixing, select Export clip and then select where to save the clip and the format you prefer to use for that.
  19. Hello Materl5755, Express Invoice does not have an accounting feature to update your bank account. If the payment has not reflected in your bank records, then you may want to contact your bank or ask the customer a transaction confirmation number so you can check with the bank. Once you have the confirmation for the payment from your bank, you may go to Express Invoice, click on View > Payments, select the payment for that particular invoice, click on Edit, confirm the payment method is set to Bank Deposit, enter the reference number and then click on Record to save the changes.
  20. Hi triphop, Would this issue you are reporting happen before you convert the songs when you play them using your computer's media player? Could you tell us if you are loading folders or files you have in your computer or are you loading playlists? You may also try converting individual files to confirm if the issue persist. Also, when you transfer the converted files to your car player, are you transferring the songs using a mass storage device, a disc or removable drive?
  21. When you see that error saying customer not found, is because the information you are entering does not match. Please keep in mind that the program is case sensitive, so if you have a customer's name in your list as Allison, but the invoice was written to allison, then the program won't be able to find the right customer. Please make sure you have the customer's name spelled properly including caps and if the issue persist you may want to contact the NCH Software support team.
  22. Hello mumsieof2, after installing the latest version if you still have issues you may want to contact the NCH Software support team. This type of issues are to specific and you may not find enough support resources on this forums. Also, I tested the latest version of the program and was not able to replicate the issue with the customers payments.
  23. Hello Julian, In this case, what you want to do is to use headphones to monitor the metronome sound, and use your microphone to make the recording. If you have the metronome playing back through your computer speakers then the microphone will catch the audio in the recordings. To avoid sound from leaking in your recordings, you may want to try using close cup headphones or in-ear headphones (earbuds).
  24. Hello DiosMios, it is strange that the program will save the file and you can only get stereo playback from specific players. In this case, you may want to try saving the file using a different format than what you have been trying, make sure you are selecting Stereo as the channels to export the audio file.
