  1. Hello, and in this case, when you are processing the files in Batch, you may want to use the Normalize effect to adjust the volume so that the loudest peak is equal to (or a percentage of) the maximum signal that can be used in digital audio. For more details about the normalize effect you may follow this link http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/wavepad/win/normalize.html
  2. Hello Henri, but this forum is not the best way to request new features for the program. To share any improvement suggestions you may want to follow this link NCH Software Suggestions and Feedback Please note this will be taken as a suggestion, which means it may or may not be taken into consideration for future versions of the program. Currently, NCH Software does not offer customization for any of the programs offered.
  3. Hello Jose, Have you confirmed that the burner you are using supports dual-layer discs? Keep in mind that not all DVD or Blu-ray players support dual-layer discs. If your Burning drive does support dual-layer discs, please contact the support team, provide them with the brand and model of the Burning drive you are using and they will let you know the next steps to follow.
  4. Hello Dcw This issue has been reported to the Express Accounts developers. For more details, you may want to contact the NCH Software support team.

  6. Hello, Sadly, MixPad does not have any specific feature to manage MIDI CC messages. In this case, you may want to contact the NCH Software support team and share with them a screenshot showing the MIDI CC messages you are getting so they can check further on this matter.
  7. Hello, and in this case, if you have all the clips in MixPad, you can use the Frequency analysis of the whole project, and once you see which are the frequencies that overlap, use the cleaning tools to remove the frequencies, for example, use the option to grab a noise from a selected area, and then use the Special subtraction based on noise sample. If the audio file is already mixed into a stereo or mono file, there is no way to edit it to remove specific frequencies as specific, the clean up tools will be applied to the whole track which may affect other sounds within the same frequencies. For further support you may want to contact the NCH Software support team through this link Software Technical Support
  8. In this case, there is some information missing to start working on this matter, for example, are you creating a general, choral, solo, or tablature score? Is this issue happening with treble, bass, or grand staves? Would this happen if you use a different time signature or tempo? For better support you may want to contact the NCH Software support team through this link Software Technical Support
  9. Would this issue happen with all the streams you listen, or would this happen with only one particular? Could you test opening the stream using a different media player or web browser? If the issues remain, you may want to contact the NCH Software support team.
  10. Sadly, none of the NCH Software programs are certified to work in Virtual environments, this includes the virtual server. You may want to test the program connecting to a regular server and if the issue remains, contact the NCH Software support team.

    input device

To select the input device to record from, you may do it directly from each channel, or track in MixPad. Attached you can find a screenshot showing where to click to select the input device for each track. Regarding the option to hear what you are recording, that option is only available if you are using ASIO compatible hardware. If your computer does not offer the option to monitor (listening while recording) is likely that your computer is missing ASIO drivers or does not have any ASIO hardware.
  12. I apologize, but at the moment, Express Invoice does not offer the option to write the totals, or any other numbers in words.
  13. I apologize, but I cannot understand what you are asking here, could you restate your question or concern?
  14. Hello, We apologize, but PhotoStage does not have an option to assign itself as the default program for specific formats. The file association is something that happens within Windows. You may want to check with Microsoft support for assistance on how to change the file association.
  15. Hello, Have you tried turning off the option to turn on and off the program? You may do that by opening FastFox, clicking on Options > FastFox Shortcuts On/Off, and unticking the box to use this shortcut to turn FastFox shortcuts on/off. Once you have unticked the box to turn on and off the FastFox shortcuts, you may click on OK to save the changes and test FastFox again.
  16. Hello Dr.D Currently, MixPad does not offer the option to include more than one IDTAG per mix. So, keeping each ID Tag of the songs you are mixing is not possible.
  17. The free version offers limited features compared to the paid full version. For example, exporting the scores to PDF or PNG is limited in the free version.
  18. Hello. Motion JPEG (M-JPEG or MJPEG) is a video compression format in which each video frame or interlaced field of a digital video sequence is compressed separately as a JPEG image. YUY2 Video Picture Encoding. Description. A digital, color-difference component video picture format identified by the FOURCC code YUY2. This format employs 4:2:2 chroma subsampling with each sample represented by 8 bits of data. So, the difference is that The MJPEG codec uses more compression, resulting in a higher frame rate and a lower quality image. The YUY2 uses less compression, resulting in a higher quality image and a lower frame rate.
  19. Hello, Sadly, MixPad would only load VSTis properly created. If you have the knowledge to create VSTis from the SWAM instruments you have, then you may give it a try, otherwise, if the files are not VSTi it won't load.
  20. Sadly, WavePad does not have the option to record streaming audio while the speakers are muted.
  21. In this case, it could be something related to the way the media player sees the files. Have you tried opening the images using another media player? Also, for better support on this matter, it would be better for you to contact the support team directly through this link Software Technical Support
  22. In this case, you may want to right-click on the audio track on the slideshow timeline, select track effects, and then you may click on Add to view the available effects. Currently, there is no option to integrate WavePad with PhotoStage, but you may edit the audio files in WavePad, save them and then use them on PhotoStage.
  23. Hello, would this issue happen with any files you load of any format, or is it happening with particular files in a particular format? When you merge the files, are the two files in the same format? Have you checked if there are any effects on the track you are using to mix the two files? Also, for further assistance on this matter is better if you contact NCH Software support team directly through this link Software Technical Support
  24. I apologize but I don't understand what you mean, but the program does not have an option to add items that won't show on the invoice for the customer. The ideal method would be for you to have a item for the replacement parts you are using, and another item for labor, so you can properly charge your customers based on the time spend on repairs and materials.
  25. Hello, and to stop the program from showing those messages, you may open DreamPlan, go to Options > Display and untick the box to show on-screen tool instructions. Regarding the fence, sadly, there is no option to set the length of the fence, but this can only be done manually.
