  1. To better address your concern, kindly send us the project file along with all the associated media files (source video/source audio) within the project folder. Kindly use a cloud storage service (Google Drive/DropBox/WeTransfer/etc.) of your choice then please send us the transfer link so that we may be able to access the files. Thank you for your cooperation.
  2. At this moment, this feature is not yet available with the current release. But we will take this into account when we consider the future features to be implemented in upcoming releases. If you wish to make a formal suggestion to our developers, you may refer to this link: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/ We value your inputs and feedback. Thank you for your continuous support.
  3. Hi! Kindly sketch/notate what you are trying to do on a piece music writing paper so that we can imitate that with Crescendo and give you further instructions on how to come up with that written notation. Keep in touch. Stay safe!
  4. Hi! Are you referring to TwelveKeys? When you import an audio file within TwelveKeys, you will see its corresponding MIDI notes, but you cannot save any files within TwelveKeys. You may simply re-import that same audio clip again for future use.
  5. Hi! 1. You may select the region/section you wish to repeat then copy-paste it onto the measure where you wish it to be repeated. 2. Could you send us a screenshot of what you are trying to point out? Keep in touch. Stay safe!
  6. Hi Laguna, Much like other DAWs, effects are added on the entire track itself, instead of one clip. This is to increase the efficiency of just having to load one instance of a particular effect to be applied on multiple clips (as this is more common) as opposed to having to load an instance of an effect/plugin for every clip. But we appreciate your feedback!

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. To better address your concern, kindly send us the project file along with all the associated media files (source video/source audio) within the project folder. 8. Hi! You may add pictures by using the attach files option in this forum. You may refer to the attached screenshot.
  9. Hi! In this case, what you can do is duplicate the audio clip, retain that on the first track. Then the second track which contains the duplicated clip, "split" and choose what regions you want to apply effects onto. Then on the third track, put there the "middle" clip which you want to apply effects onto. On this track is also where you will add your desired effects. Your MixPad timeline will look something like this (refer to attached screenshot).
  10. Hi! You may open a support ticket through this link https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html if you need immediate and direct assistance. Moving forward: For your first concern: Did you import an existing audio file then tried to save it, or did you record a new audio clip? What are the export settings you are trying to use when you try to save a file? For your second concern: You should still be able to join two files under WavePad > Edit > Join > select clips you want to join

  13. That's great to hear! Since you do have RX, that's a great way to process your audio prior to final mixing in MixPad. Feel free to reply should you have another concern you need help with. Stay safe!

  15. Hi! Apologies for the delayed response. The option to edit a specific track's metering sensitivity is not available on MixPad. Moving forward, you will also want to make sure that the audio signal of the vocal track is somewhat at par with instrumental tracks so that you wouldn't have issues in post-production/mixing wherein adding gain to the low-level vocals may introduce unwanted audio artifacts.
  16. Hi! NCH has a program called TwelveKeys <https://www.nch.com.au/twelvekeys/index.html> that's paired with Crescendo, however, it works by loading an already-recorded audio file onto the program for it to transcribe.
  17. Hi! That's great to hear. Moving forward, you may open a support ticket through this link https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html if you need immediate and direct assistance.

    Fading

  19. Hi! The set sample rate on project options is the same sample rate at which your audio file is imported. In your example, where in you deal with multiple files with different sample rates, it would be best to set the specific sample rate under project options to be sure that they are matching. Are you going to use the exported project for audio-only consumption? Or will you be laying them in with visuals?

If you are using any third-party hardware (ex. audio interface), kindly let us know which exact model it is as well. Thank you for your cooperation.
  22. Hi! If you are referring to the vertical space between the treble and bass clef/staff line, you may set the staff spacing to a wider value. You may edit this under Crescendo > Score > Settings Let us know if this addresses your concern. Keep in touch!
  23. Hi! At the moment, the system spacing minimum value is set to 24mm. If you wish to make a formal suggestion to our developers, you may refer to this link: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/ We value your inputs and feedback. Thank you for your continuous support.
