  1. Salut, je t'ai envoyé un message personnel. Merci.
  2. Hi, @ZEUBIEN FX-JAZZ RADIO, yes, you may use it provided that you run it on a computer that has the necessary software to do broadcasting. You may need to route Zulu's audio output settings accordingly in order for the audio signal to be supplied on your broadcast feed.

Hi @barryzell, For diagnostic purposes, kindly send us the following information about your machine's hardware. Kindly give out the most details you can to the best of your ability. Processor: Boot/Storage Drive: Memory: *FOR EXAMPLE* Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-8500B (6 cores, 6 threads) Boot/Storage Drive: ex. 500 GB NVME SSD Memory: 32 GB DDR4 RAM You may also open a support ticket through this link https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html if you need immediate and direct assistance.
  4. Hi @jjeffh, what you are doing is beautiful. You mentioned that you've come up with .wav files from the Tascam DR-40, which is a good device for recording. WAV audio format has been around and has been one of the industry standards in audio production/post-production for films, TV, radio, etc, and it seems that will be the case in the foreseeable future. As for your needs, if you'd like to make some edits to the recorded content, and/or break it down to shorter files/chapters, WavePad should help you do that. You may check it out through this link https://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/index
  5. Hi, I tried to recreate this concern you encountered and from my end, everything worked as it should. A project which runs at 60 bpm in 4/4 time signature should have its second measure to commence right at around the four second mark. It shows in this screenshot (captured just right before the downbeat of the second bar) that measure 1's last beat ends just right at the downbeat of measure 2. In your case, it's possible that the cursor was not set at the actual beginning of the project.
  6. Hi, based on your description, it sounds like WavePad was set to be the default program to open such files. You should be able to change this by going to Windows > Settings > Apps > Default Apps. You may set your default apps as you please, or you may reset it by clicking the "Reset to the Microsoft recommended defaults" button.
  7. Hi, in this case, it would be best to open a support ticket through NCH Software - Technical & Support Services . In the ticket you will open, kindly send us a sample "okay" file and a sample "erratic" file which seems to have a problem. You may use a cloud storage service (Google Drive/DropBox/WeTransfer/etc.) of your choice then please send us the transfer link so that we may be able to access the files. This is so we can test this on our end and check for possible fixes.
  8. Hi @Bronx68, in this case it would be best to open a support ticket through this link < https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html > so we can closely assist you with your concern.
  9. Hi! An answer has been posted on your earlier post. https://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/37265-problem-recording-acoustic-electric-guitar-through-focusrite-scarlet-solo/
  10. Hi, unfortunately there' s currently no option to add a rhythm marking on at the beginning of the score, indicating two eighth notes are to be played as a triplet subdivided to a quarter + eighth note. If you wish to make a formal suggestion to our developers, you may refer to this link: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/ We value your inputs and feedback.

Hi, a similar concern has been raised some time ago. https://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/30517-changing-the-background-colour/ Assuming you are running an older version of MacOS (perhaps Mojave or earlier), you may be able to run older versions of MixPad. You may give this a try: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/mixpad-4-34-2017-07-24(intel).zip
  12. Hi, you could try these out. 1. Kindly make sure that audio input levels of both channels are set properly. 2. Make sure that your Focusrite audio interface is properly set in MixPad Preferences 3. Make sure that both your vocal and guitar tracks are record-enabled, and are set properly. You can do this by clicking the wrench icon on each track and select the input device per track.
  13. Hi @jakesinc54, could you send over a screenshot of your audio configuration in WavePad? Also, for diagnostic purposes, kindly send us the following information about your machine's hardware. Kindly give out the most details you can to the best of your ability. Processor: Boot/Storage Drive: Memory: *FOR EXAMPLE* Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-8500 (6 cores, 6 threads) Boot/Storage Drive: ex. 500 GB NVME SSD Memory: 32 GB DDR4 RAM You may reply to this thread, or you may also opt to open a support ticket through this link: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.
  14. Hello, currently there is no built-in option in Crescendo for Mac to select a specific audio output device. Routing it via a third-party routing software (like LoopBack/SoundSource) would sometimes cause it to route MIDI signals rather than audio. There are some users who reported that they have no trouble running Crescendo with an external audio interface on Windows, some, even on Mac. For the meantime, you may continue using Crescendo by connecting your headphones/speakerse directly to your computer's audio output jack.
  15. Hi! Are you using a laptop? If yes, kindly disconnect your third-party microphone then check if the built-in microphone would work just fine.
  16. Hi, you may simply take a screenshot/snip then copy the saved image onto your Microsoft Document.
  17. Hi, when you go to WavePad > Preferences > Recording, you'll have an option to choose which recording device you'd like to use. By default, most microphones record in Mono. If your device records otherwise, let us know, or you may file a ticket here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  18. Hi, in this case, it would mean that you may need to adjust the printing settings so that it matches the size the paper you are printing the PDF into.
  19. Hi, can you confirm if the exported PDF shows the page number, but the score printed in paper omits the page number below?
  20. If you are on a Macbook, go to System Preferences > Trackpad > Secondary Click (tick check "with two fingers")
  21. For future references, the Volta Bracket may also be useful for this purpose (indicating endings). To navigate, go to Crescendo > Notation > Volta
  22. Hi Tommy, if in case you are still having problems, could you send a screenshot of what you are experiencing? For quick and direct help you may also open a ticket here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  23. Glad you got to figure it out. Let us know if you need further assistance.
  24. Hi, this might be of help: Go to Score > Settings You should then be able to adjust system height, staff height, and system spacing.
  25. Hello, NI's Kontakt (VST plugin version) should be compatible, but please note that you will still need to install libraries to your Kontakt Player in order to load and produce sounds with Kontakt.
