Hi there, So I have a music video & either towards the end or at certain points (every so often) I want to showcase another image I created while keeping the music playing. How do I do that? Thanks

Ok, so Nimbus gave me a link to DL codexs & I did that & it fixed the problem. Yeh!!! Then I updated to the version you mentioned. I really don't like that NCH never tells me when there's an update & that you have to DL the update from a webpage. That's not how things are done in 2022. Thanks for all of your help. I'm already on 11.64 & I already pay for my license. I now understand what the issue is. For some reason there's no audio track & NCH keeps searching for it. I've reached out to Nimbus to ask why that is. Are you saying that you saw the separate audio track to this video? Thanks

Hi there, So I did a screen recording video with Nimbus, converted it into MP4 via their convert tool, and for the first time ever, NCH keeps telling me it's still trying to load an audio file. Hours & now a day later, still same issue. I removed the video & the error went away & my music & slide played. I put it back, same issue. Already did. I even deleted the vid & dragged it over again. So I re-downloaded the clips & that fixed the problem (I have sub par internet where I am), but that still doesn't explain why you were able to open them fine. Thanks

So I don't have my regular computer set up. I had to move & am using an old laptop, but the software loads fine. This is why I was paying others to do the video work for me, but I want to go back to doing it myself. I changed it, the video didn't change unless you want me to remove it & add it again. I just downloaded video pad so it's the latest version. Yes I checked it in VLC, it runs fine. It was ok when I first dragged it into Video Pad, but now it's doing the same thing. I'd have to cut from the main video myself & see if it does the same thing. Very strange. Thanks

When you normalize & apply to different tracks, does it normalize them to the same level or does it normalize them individually? I'm talking whether I do them one at a time or use that button that normalizes all tracks.

Ok, so after I got my website coder to explain further, the zooming won't work. I'm going to have to redo it & try to do the zooming while recording, but I have a question. You said you normalized the audio & I know some areas are louder than others b/c when I put background music on my text slides, I make it very low, so wouldn't normalizing it increase the volume on those or decrease the normal volume on the other clips? It's a video I did with another piece of software & just uploaded to NCH, but it's not just that video, there's other videos in the project so I have to make sure I'm only zooming that part. You want me to upload just the video part that needs to be zoomed in? I can just give you the entire video & you can just go to the part that needs that. I already deleted it from my video platform b/c it doesn't look right.

No it's not an image. I said above that it's a video. So the instructions are the same? I found that area & changed it to 16:9 & had to scroll one of the bars across so it captured the entire video, but when I played it back it still looks the same. Should I export it again to see if it worked? It's a pain b/c I have to upload it to the video platform just to see if it worked b/c on VLC it looks fine, just not on video platforms. No, as I stated in my text, it's a video. You can record your screen & make a video out of it. I found the area, but it still looks the same upon playback within NCH. Thanks

Hi there, I just recorded my screen to do a video and the software never zoomed in properly so no one can read the video. A while back someone told me that the video editing software should be able to zoom in. Does NCH have that feature & if yes, how do I do it? Thanks

Hi, Why isn't video pad clearing its cache automatically? It's filling up my C drive & that's not good. I cleared it 1-2 months ago & now it's back to over 30 GB.

Where the exports go to, where you save the files to, etc. All the settings in the option area.

Hi, So twice now I've written to NCH & they aren't responding. Is something going on with them? Can you tell me how to save the NCH settings when you reformat your computer so I don't have to redo them manually? Thanks

And for anyone who wants the instructions for Wavepad, we found them. How to lower or raise the volume Install file Make sure you are on "Home" at the top Off to the right is volume Then click on amplify Under Gain % use the arrows to lower or raise it. It changes the decibels, not the % Then hit apply. Save file as Leave the settings as a default & click ok

I think you made a mistake. You said if we aren't recording there is no option. I think you meant to say if there is ONLY an option if you are recording. Thanks

Hi, So PicMonkey has a zoom animation effect, but then the video only lasts 5 seconds & I need a video that lasts 2.5 mins. In NCH with an image I tried to click on effects & attempted to do the zoom, but it's not doing anything. Can you help please. Are there zoom & other animations somewhere? Thanks
