So almost every other company emailed me over a month ago to update my new expiry date & CVV & of course NCH didn't & now I can't work because I have no clue how to update it (where) & even if I can update it, how do I push the payment through? If you know, please LMK. This is for the charge every 3 months. I emailed them, but who knows when they will get back to me. -0- I had to repurchase as if I was new, but all sorted. Thanks

YEHHHHH!!!! It worked!!!! Thank you!!! So what was the issue? As far as the settings, I want to copy over all settings to my computer whenever I redo my OS. Why does it matter which settings they are? Are some saved in APP DATA & others not? Primarily - fade out time, where to export, removing a checkmark on one setting (I can't remember which one right now), etc. And on another note that has nothing to do with redoing the computer, I STILL wish my export settings were saved permanently for all new videos. sigh Thanks again.

Ok, so we installed AMD Radeon drivers - didn't help We installed DirectX - didn't help Reinstalled twice had nothing open & tried - didn't help Now I tested it on another shorter video & it's exporting a 1 sec file. It is finished within 3-5 seconds & when I try to play it, I get the same colors & it plays the 1 sec & not the entire video. Please help, I can't work. Thanks

This doesn't help. I already know you can copy the settings over. I'm talking about why the video pad settings didn't copy over when I did do that. Thanks

Hi, Ok, 2 things and I'm really concerned now. I just switched over from Win 7 to Win 10, & this is my first try at using NCH since the switch. I've tried 4 times to export a pretty short video, & every time it comes out horrific. I know there's a word for it, I just don't know what it is. Here's a SS - https://imgur.com/VKXLwuT Audio is fine, just not the video. I even shut down my Brave thinking it was causing the issues, although I've never had to shut it down before, & same issue. On another note, I thought I had the instructions on how to save the settings so when I redo my computer I can just copy them. I vaguely remember hearing that I can NOT just copy the folder in APP DATA (which is what I did) & my settings didn't get saved. I'm not thrilled that I can't just copy a folder because I always back that up & it works for everything but Fx where you have to copy a specific profile. Thanks

Ok, I finally had my meeting with him about this. So the files may be too big for Odysee & Bitchute, I'll have to see & the reason you were able to export really fast is b/c you must have a great video card (I'm assuming), whereas I'm using a terrible laptop with an old video card. Thanks

I'll have to check with my website coder. I don't have my set to default. I think I set mine to Medium. He said that lossless is a no go b/c it's way too big a file. As for finding the version one has, yes I know how to do that, mine doesn't show any bit - https://imgur.com/6L83a21 Thanks

I don't use lossless, so we can't compare, b/c we didn't do the same export. How can I see if I'm on 64 bit? I assume I am, but there's no way to tell & I DLed Videopad back in June 2022. All I see in the file name is VideoPadVideoEditor Thanks

Ok, it seems to have been corrected now. Thanks @borate On another matter, is there a setting in NCH to export the video faster? When I first decided to chance using NCH on this terrible laptop (I don't have access to my normal desktop) I was surprised they exported fairly fast. Well now in the last several times it's taken forever to export & sometimes I'm not even touching the computer. A 30 min. video took almost an hour or over an hour & I never had that problem before with lower versions. Thanks

Ok, despite that warning, I manage to get the areas I needed cut, so all I can give you now is the finished file & that won't show you anything b/c I don't need to cut it anymore & play works fine. The file was just a regular MP4. If this happens again, I'm going to have to downgrade. Why did you guys put the "recent projects" all the way at the bottom? I almost couldn't find it & thought you removed it "export window scrollbar may restart several times" - ok, that's fine, but it taking that long to export a 15 min. video, that's the issue. I used to tell others who use other video editing software that takes forever, that NCH was VERY fast both when I would drag a video into NCH & was able to start working on it after it imported fully, & also when exporting, but you guys must have changed something b/c that is no longer the case. Hi, So I updated to 12.33 the other day & since I've had nothing but issues. I'm using Win 7. I wasn't having issues with the previous version. 1. It took way too long to export a video which was only 10-15 mins. I wasn't watching it, but it looked like it rendered twice because it finished the scrollbar & then I saw it go back & do it again. 2. I just loaded a 1 hour video which usually takes around 5 mins. or less to load fully in NCH. It's been around 15 mins. & it is still showing me this. https://imgur.com/b1300zw Not good. Hi, So did something change, because before I always put in 5 (no colons or zeros) for 5 seconds and I just did that & the slide is a lot longer than 5 seconds. If it changed for seconds, then what do I put in for minutes? Thanks

Hi all, So I bought a new mic & I tested it on Skype & while the volume was low, I could hear myself. Anyway, I'm pressing record (it's been a long time since I've used the software, but it worked 2 years ago) and then stopping it, but when I go to play back, there's nothing & it shows zeros for the length of the test. What am I doing wrong? And yes, in options under record I did change it to this new mic. Now I did change it to .wav, but why would that cause issues? Thanks

Ok, I'll have to get my website coder to help me with this. I tried to do it myself & found the overlay thingy, but you could still see the video underneath it on the right & left side LOL so I finally said screw it & just put the slide before & after the video. Another question... I'm on a small laptop now & I don't know if it's that or a new version of videopad, but I can't even see the scrollbar for the volume on the first track when there's 3 tracks. I need them at different volumes which is why I do that. And how many tracks does it give us? Thanks a ton
