    To take screenshots using Debut all you need to do is click on the ¨CAMERA¨ icon at the bottom, next to the ¨FPS¨ measurement bar. If you do not see this option or it is not working for you tell me what happens exactly when you try to take a screenshot? You can also try reaching out to the NCH Software Technical Support team and see if they can assist. You can create a support ticket for them through the link below:

    If you purchased directly from NCH they should have sent you an email with the license registration code. if you purchased through a retail store you should have a yellow tag (paper) that has the Serial Number in it, this serial you must have activated at some point to receive the license registration code which is a  code made of numbers and letters that you have to input into the program to complete registration.  You must also have the version of the program that is compatible with your license installed to be able to use your registration code to complete registration.

    If you are not sure you have the correct information I will suggest you contact NCH support for them to provide you the information you need to register and step by step instructions.  You can create a support ticket for them through the link below:

  3. Hello,

    If you are referring to one of the passwords of the user accounts you create to access the program through the web access you will need to open the program itself, go to ¨Options¨ > ¨Web Access¨ and at the bottom you have the user accounts you have created, you can select one and click the ¨Edit¨ button and here you can change the password to whatever you need.

    If you went through the email settings on the program and you set this up correctly you should also be able to use the ¨Recover Password¨ option from the Web Access login page.

    When you use the backup data feature of the program it should backup everything you have created in the program including all businesses you have and the information for each one of those businesses. 
     

    When using the ¨Restore data¨ feature you will not be able to pick which data to restore, it will just restore the entire backup.

    The only way I think you can do this is by going to ¨Accounts¨ , if you already have an account created then select it and click on ¨Edit¨ here you will be able to check the ¨Enable online account access¨ option and then on the ¨Financial Institution¨ section click on the drop-down menu and select to ¨Download Financial Institutions¨, this should start the download again.

    En ese caso debe contactar directamente al soporte técnico de NCH para que cancelen su plan. Si compro atravez de PayPal puede cancelar el plan siguiendo los pasos de abajo:

    1. Inicie sesión en su cuenta PayPal.
    2. Haga clic en el ícono de Configuración junto a "Cerrar sesión".
    3. Haga clic en la pestaña Pagos.
    4. Haga clic en Administrar pagos preaprobados.
    5. Haga clic en el nombre del comerciante para el acuerdo de pago que desea cancelar.
    6. Junto a "Estado", haga clic en Cancelar, luego haga clic en Sí para confirmar que desea cancelar el Acuerdo de facturación.
