  3. Does it only happen to mp3 files? Can you save in other formats? I can send you a diagnostic version to help us figure out the problem.

  5. If you purchased the software, you shoud have received your activation code by email. Please check your email again. You can then follow the instructions in that email to get the registration id. Due to the large number of emails we receive everyday, it may take a few days for us to answer your email. If you still have problem, please send an email to me and I will forward your email to our technical person.
  6. Have you tried to increase the microphone volume by using the Windows Volume Control??
  7. Please double check your sound device settings in Options->Record. When it is recording, do you see the time moving? If yes, please make sure that you have the write access to that output folder
  8. There is no restriction on saving a mp3 file in the free version. What error message do you get? Have you installed the mp3 encoder component? You may want to download and install it from nch.com.au/components.

  15. Hi, there is a bug with the Add Folder button in the Batch Converter. We are going to release a new version with this bug fixed in the next few days. From now until then, please use the Add Files button to browse for your files instead of the Add Folder button. Regards.

  18. Hello, Thank you for your comments. I think the version that you have installed is the Basic Free Edition. With the Basic Free version, you can try all features of WavePad (including Master Edition's features) during the trial period. After the trial period, you will still be able to use all basic features of WavePad but all the Master edition's features will be disabled unless you upgrade to the Master Edition. You can check the version of WavePad by go to Help->About.

  20. hi, please check the play control speed. Look under the Control menu, make sure that you select "Play Normal Speed"

  22. You will need to use WavePad to move through the file finding the beginning and end of each item. Select the item and define it as a "region". Then select the option Copy region(s) to CD in the Region List window, the items will be copied as separate tracks. Refer to the help topic Bookmarks, Regions and the Assemble Tool for more details
