If 3.03 is the version that automatically downloads when you go to the wavepad home page, then I downloaded it, today. Same problem with the eq. Also, the pitch adustment feature is still crap, too. I don't get it. I'm getting the feeling that it's just me having the problem. And what REALLY pisses me off is that the original version I downloaded back in January was perfect. But like an ass, I replaced it with a newer version. If only I could go back to the trial version of Masters from January. That was the best you guys ever had. It's all gone downhill, since. I'm very disappointed, but thankfully, I can still rip cds and save them as wav or mp3 or whatever I want, which is why I originally downloaded this software. My eq and pitch issues will just have to be resolved some other way, I guess. By the way, just send me an email at onekingprods@charter.net, if you have anything further to suggest, or if you want to chastise me for my attitude. I'm tired of coming to the message boards. Nothing helpful here at all.

If by OS, you mean operating system, I'm running windows xp. I'm not a tech guy, so please treat me like a dummy, and spoonfeed it to me. No shorthand, please.

I'm not sure I understand the question. I right click on whatever sound clip I'm working with, choose effects, then equalizer, and then the box comes up with the graph. So I move one of the points up or down, click preview, and get a broken, choppy tone, and the cursor gets all freaked out until the program freezes. This happens regardless of what clip is playing, whether I'm using linear, logarithmic, flat, preset, whatever. I just can't get this feature to work properly. I've tried redownloading the software, reinstalling it, everything I can think of. Does that help? If not, tell me in detail what you mean by " settings."

I have the free version, and when I try to use the equalizer, the sound gets very choppy and then the program freezes. Isn't anyone else having this problem? It didn't exist with the older version! Can anything be done?
