RobGriffin
Hi. After working perfectly for two years, my Switch software now fails to convert ds2 files to MP3 or anything. It doesn't say why, it just says conversion failed. Very frustrating. I've tried to contact support but this could be ages and I need to convert these files today. Does anyone have any insight or ideas? Huge thanks, in advance. Rob.
n1x1
Hi, Could you please confirm if the file you intend to convert is functioning correctly outside of the program? You may also try to reinstall the software and check the result.
RobGriffin
Yes, all the files are working outside of the software. How can I reinstall?
n1x1
Uninstall your current version > Restart your computer (Mandatory) > Download the software version covered by your license > Enter your registration code. If you need the correct version or your registration code, you can contact NCH technical support for assistance, here is the link: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

RobGriffin
Sadly I've contacted support twice but not heard anything apart from the 'it's been received'. Customer service really is woeful, which is a real shame
