Yes, all the files are working outside of the software. How can I reinstall?

Hi. After working perfectly for two years, my Switch software now fails to convert ds2 files to MP3 or anything. It doesn't say why, it just says conversion failed. Very frustrating. I've tried to contact support but this could be ages and I need to convert these files today. Does anyone have any insight or ideas? Huge thanks, in advance. Rob.
