Express Burn

What I would like to know is:  Is this normal?

Right now, I'm burning a Video DVD from a MP4 movie on the hard drive. It's been doing things for over an hour.  It now says it's "Writing to disk. Please Wait."    The disk continuously spins for a few seconds, and then stops for a few seconds. It says it is 5% complete, with time remaining of 00:00:00.  It has been like this for over an hour, still spinning and stopping. Numbers not changing at all.  Should I just abort this attempt?  Is it not likely to proceed with the burn?

Hi @Rick Wicker,

You can try to reinstall the software and check the result.

Uninstall ExpressBurn, then delete 3 folders named "ExpressBurn" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
**C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\ExpressBurn\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\ExpressBurn\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
**C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\ExpressBurn\
**If you can't find any of the folders, just continue.

If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

Install the software version that is covered by your license and enter the registration code. After that repeat the process.
