Uberprutser
When I place a video on the time line and decide to remove it again, the position in the media bin changes to the upper starting position. So I need to scroll back down and select the next video. Is there a way to stop this behaviour?
borate
Don't believe so. But the bin window can be lengthened. But, of course, this reduces the track area real estate.
Nationalsolo
Hi Version 8.84 That doesn't happen here. The order in the bin remains the same if a clip is added to the timeline and then removed. It just loses the green tick. The vertical order doesn't change. neither does it change if you replace the clip in a different part of the timeline. borate
But the scrollbar in the bin window here reverts to the top row. Does it there?
Nationalsolo
Hi B OK it's the scroll bar. Yes is does jump back to the top. I suppose if one is adding clips to the timeline sequentially that might be annoying but why not simply add a block of clips all at the same time and delete them from the timeline if not required. The fact that the scroll bar jumps back to the top wouldn't matter then. My point is that the scroll bar has to be somewhere so why not back at the top if you delete something from the track? The next clip to be added may not be the next clip down the line. You may want the order to be 1, 15, 6,7, 11 etc. If they wern't close in the clip bin you would still need to scroll around. Moot point. Nat
Uberprutser
I would love for the scrollbar to keep its position because now I need to scroll down everytime I add and cut up a new piece of video.
