JANT
NCH Image Converter software instructions indicate that an AAE file can be converted to a JPG. However, when uploading the file, an error message indicates that the file was not loaded. AAE files must have an associated JPEG file in the same folder. The instructions lead one to believer that the AAE can be converted to a JPEG and does not mention that an associated JPEG is required for the conversion. HELP!!!!!! Fred28
Hello, An AAE file is simply the edits that have been made to an existing photo on an Apple device. The AAE file has to come with a JPEG file for conversion to work. Pixillion cannot create an image from an AAE file alone as this is just information on edits that were made to the file in an Apple Device, it is not the actual image. JerF
I loaded an AAE file (with the associated JPG file present. However the converted file was the original JPG and not one that had the AAE modifications in it. What step am I missing?
Chris75
Hello JerF In this case, you may want to contact the NCH Software support team for this particular issue as this forum may not be the best place to find assistance.
