Smithy Posted June 16, 2019 Share Posted June 16, 2019 Hi, I've moved over from serif movie plus x6 which was discontinued. I don't have the original install files anyone and I was wondering if you are able import media clips using their project file (as is xml)? I understand that things like effects, keyframes, transitions etc would be lost but anything is better than nothing. Nationalsolo Posted June 16, 2019 Share Posted June 16, 2019 Hi Movie Plus x6 project files (.mpv files) will not load into VP. Even if you change the file type from .mpv to .vpj they will be incompatible (although the icon will change). The format is entirely different. Why not draw a line under it and start afresh with VP?
