  1. If by internal sequencer you mean MixPad, the issue might be the drivers or setup with your keyboard. Try entering a support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html Mention all the details like the keyboard brand and model, the setup mentioning all cables and ports used, how you play files from the keyboard and how you play files from MixPad.
  2. Express Invoice is not designed to add, remove or change the invoice columns, you can just edit the header's text, but that won't change the type of data you're entering. We recommend using the Comments section at the bottom left of the invoice edition text field. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
  3. Hello Tim, Yes, even with the latest version you need ASIO drivers to be able to use the Monitor feature, they handle better latency issues and should allow you to record and playback at the same time.
  4. Hello, As Telephony says, Crescendo doesn't have the ability to place percussion notation, every notation will have a pitch. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about their products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/

    monitor

On the track's controls, next to the Mute, Solo and Fx buttons, there's a headphone button called "Monitor" which will allow you to listen to what you're recording on your headphones, this feature can only be used with devices that work with ASIO drivers, contact Behringer for information about ASIO drivers for the 300 wireless mic.
  6. Hello Steve, You should report this issue through a support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html so the Technical Support team can verify the issue.
  7. When you go to "Options > Currency" the "Currency Digits" sets the number of decimals you're going to use, if you select $18.00 then only 2 decimals are going to be used, so if you enter 0.053, which has 3 decimals, only "0.05" will be saved as you selected to only use 2 decimals but are entering 3 decimals. If you have been entering numbers with 2 decimals while using the $18.00 Currency digits option and then change it to $18.000, this change won't add a 0 to the decimals, it will set anything you have entered to have 3 decimals, so only the dot is moved as per your decimals number change, the program won't modify the amount entered, just move the dot as per the decimal amount you set.
  8. MixPad needs both the original project file and the .uad and .grf files, there's no way to import those .uad and .grf files to a new project because it is designed to save the media being used on the .uad and .grf files but the actual mix is saved in the project file, they always need to be together. 9. You should enter a support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html providing all your issue details like if the echo can only be heard while the recording is in progress or if it is also present on the resulting recorded audio file.

  11. To apply a cash or credit card payment, open the customer's list and select the customer to whom you'll apply the payment to, click on "Payment" above and use the "Method" drop down menu to select cash or credit card.
  12. Hello, Notice that Express Accounts is designed to apply payments to the oldest invoice of a customer, you can't apply partial payments to different invoices as the payment will accumulate on the oldest invoice due, so you won't be able to start applying payments on new invoices until the oldest one has been fully paid.

I've just tested WavePad and don't see any changes on the original file icon. You should enter a support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html and make sure to include screenshots of the icon.

To set the output format, select .wav or .wma from the bottom left "Output Format". To set the name of the file, go to Options and use the Custom option under Filename Format for Extracted files, click on the "Help" button to go to the user's manual section that shows you how to set the name you want.
  19. Hello, PhotoPad doesn't have a password or any kind of sign in mechanism. You might be referring to the registration code (numbers-letters) that is entered into the program in order to license it. After you purchased your license you should've received an email with a 12 or 13 digits serial number that must be activated at https://secure.nch.com.au/activate/index.html in order to generate the registration code. Sometimes you'll receive the registration code up front. The registration code is entered by going to File > Register Software...
  20. Yes, WavePad will reload the file you saved using "Save File As...", this might happen because not in all cases you save a lower-quality version of what you already have, and sometimes you create a new version of the audio file to work on that version. If you're not going to use the file you just created, simply remove it from WavePad and then reload the original audio file to keep working on that version. NCH Software formally takes suggestions and feedback at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
  21. I'm using Windows 10 and Express Scribe 6.06. When I hover the mouse over the line between the notes section and the section where the audio files are loaded, and the cursor turns into a horizontal line with 2 vertical arrows pointing up and down, I press and hold the left click to move that line up and down. When I release the mouse and close the program, when I reopen it the line will be at the exact spot where I left it before closing it.
  22. Do you see the Balance Sheet Report Net Assets in 0? If it is, you probably are using a different account type in Express Accounts. Make sure on the chart of accounts that you're calculating assets using an asset account. The reports available in Express Accounts are described in the user's manual at http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/expressaccounts/win/tasks_reports.html
  23. You should try using the Compress effect, under the Effects tab. Make sure to check its section on the user's manual at http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/wavepad/win/compressor.html
  24. Hello, The scale should be 1 to 100, I have a high-end PC and got a score of 92. Here's the user's manual section that talks about Performance scores: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/warp/win/warpgauge.html
  25. After generating the Income Statement report, under Cost of Sales you can double click the listed accounts, that will bring up the journal section where the expenses were entered, there you can double click them to edit them. On that report, the Income is the amount of profits you have had during the selected period of time. The Cost of Sales is the amount that you have expended in suppliers. The Gross Profit is the Income minus the Cost of Sales. Also, check on the chart of accounts that the subclass of the account you use for expenses is not set as an income account, it should be Cost of Sale.
