  1. Hello, It seems that Crescendo will only apply the metronome mark set at the beginning and will ignore the metronome marks set on individual bars. This issue has already been reported to the software developers so it can be fixed in a future release.

Editing something in WavePad shouldn't affect its order in a Zulu playlist. it is possible that you're clicking the column headers and rearranging the playlist alphabetically as per the clicked column header. In any case, we recommend saving your playlist as a.xml file that you can reload to Zulu if you lose your playlist order. Under "Audio Library" near the bottom select "Export to Playlist...", select your playlist and click OK. To import the playlist, under "Audio Library" select "Import Audio Playlist".

    Hello, First go to "Accounts > Add Account" and create an Investments account. Once created, use the dropdown menu at the top left and select your investments account, finally click "Transaction" to create either an income or expense transaction.

  9. Hello, At the top left corner of the program, click the "Accounts" drop down menu, select "Multiple Businesses...", select your business and click "Delete Business". If you only have one business, create a new one and delete the old one as at least one must remain.

    Hello Eddie, Debut doesn't offer motion detection. But the surveillance program EyeLine at https://www.nchsoftware.com/surveillance/index.html does offer the possibility to record only when motion is detected. With VideoPad you can speed up the video, add it to the Main Timeline below, right click it and select "Change Clip Speed...", finally export it.

  15. Hello David, Vmix is already a video streaming program that NCH Software doesn't support as it is a 3rd party program.   17. Hello, Inventoria is your server program, its stock levels are updated as per the transactions you make on Copper. Copper can only be set to be the client of one program at the time, this means that if Copper is set to be client of the server program Inventoria, it cannot be set as the client for another server Copper program. Client Copper connected to Inventoria as server cannot communicate between them. To connect different Copper programs, one Copper must be set as server and other Copper installations will connect to it as clients, but they won't be able to connect as client of Inventoria too.

Hello, When you plug in the USB headphones, they become the default recording device, go to the Windows Recording Devices (Right click the speaker is con next to the system clock at the bottom right) and set your phone board as the main recording device. Click "Encoder Settings" to set the paper size and other alignment settings.   25. Hello, The Sync device feature is a synchronization feature, not a backup feature. The backup feature is available at "Tools > Back Up Data..." it will create a backup folder that can be restored by going to "Tools > Restore Data...". This might not work, but you can try connecting your Express Invoice to Dropbox, when prompted, select to "Sync from the cloud", do not set your computer as a main device at it will replace the Dropbox data with the currently blank Express Invoice data.
