  1. You should uninstall Voxal, restart the PC, reinstall Voxal, restart again to setup the audio drivers correctly, then connect your microphone, make sure Windows detects it correctly. Go to "Options > Preview Audio" and make sure the playback and recording devices are correctly selected, under "Preview Mode" select "Listen to the voice effect as you speak" and click "OK" Select a voice and click "Preview" you should be able to speak into the microphone and listen to your modified voice while you speak.

  7. Make sure your DSS file is not in fact a DS2 file, as DS2 files are not supported by Express Scribe. Right click it and select "Properties" to check the "File Type" Also, DSS files are for the Pro version only, make sure your license is Professional and that is registered in the program at "File > Register Express Scribe..."

  23. From the Web Access the new invoice and new quote number cannot be manually changed. It will use the next number available. You can only manually change the invoice number when creating the invoice from the program itself. From the program itself the quote number cannot be changed while creating it. You can see the next number to be used at "Options > Invoice/Quote" under "Numbering"

    Crop

    You can crop or resize already loaded images by using the "Crop" and "Resize" tools under the "Home" Tab. You can select the dimensions for a new "blank" image by going to "File > New"
