Did you split the two clips using VideoPad or another tool (to split it to 2 files)? If the former you could create 2 sequences and add the same original clip to each sequence. For precise splitting, you can first manually enter the video position by editing the position control numbers just below the sequence preview, then press the Split button. Do this for both sequences. For sequence 1 right click on the side that you want deleted then select Delete (ripple). Do the same for sequence 2 for the opposite side. Then edit and export each sequence. If the latter then you could import both files to VideoPad and then create a new sequence for each one. Then edit and export each sequence

Prism will work with all output formats enabled until the trial period or maximum number of conversions is reached, at which point the usable output formats become limited. Also, device presets (e.g. iPhone 6s) become disabled, and the number of files that can be converted becomes limited to 5 at a time. But all files created during the trial will still work even after the trial expires.

Hi Ech May I know the Samson mic model and how it is connected to the Mac? (e.g. line-in or USB) Did you try lowering the Input Volume level for the Samson mic in OSX's System Preferences? Thanks

Hi Ian What version of VideoGlide did you try to install? Did you use the "VideoGlide Uninstall" app in the /Applications/VideoGlide/VideoGlide Tools folder? Is the videoFX watermark appearing on all capture sources and devices/cameras? Thanks

Found your reply in your first post. Did lowering the frame rate fix this text to speech sync issue? What format were you trying to export to? How long is the synthesized speech? Thanks

I attempted to replicate this but it doesn't crash in current released ver 4.09. Did the following 1. Added 10 minute clip in the sequence #1 2. Added a Color Curves effect to the clip in sequence 3. Split at 5:00 and at 5:15 to create a 15 second section 4. Copied that section and pasted into sequence #2 5. Exported sequence #2 without problem Does the original sequence clip where you copied the 15 sec section from have any effects? If yes could you please mention them here? Did the original sequence clip have an audio track?

Could you please check if there was a generated VideoPad****.crash file in your /Users/<user name>/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports folder?
