Separate / Custom Key Assignments for different Users

We are looking to deploy dial-dictate software however, one thing that has prevented us from doing so has been

 

1) Inability to assign custom key pad settings to different users

2) Inability to allow additional inputs before recording is initiated

 

If NCH or any of the users can confirm that these features are available, we would be ready to purchase this product. Anyone have any experience with this. Let me know. Txs

These are not features supported by Dial Dictate. It is certainly not a system that will allow you to deploy in large environments, it might be a good system for 10 doctors and below.
