When I tried to view the Upgrade Pricing Options the site that opens is unavailable. It is not possible to contact the NCH site. Has anyone encountered a similar situations? Dangerfreak Posted May 4, 2023 Share Posted May 4, 2023 A new license is valid for all videopad versions up to half a year after the purchase. Maybe the NCH server was down for a moment? If it's been less than six-months since purchase, the code should be good for a free update and, likely, should still work on the new PC. Get in touch with the company.
