Hello. I tried to install my purchased version on my new computer. Received a message that it was an "Invalid Old Version Code". When I tried to view the Upgrade Pricing Options the site that opens is unavailable. It is not possible to contact the NCH site. Has anyone encountered a similar situations? Thanks
