Video isn't switching to the slide

So I'm going to restart my computer to see if that fixes it because saving & restarting VP didn't solve anything, but as of now, the video portion isn't switching over to my slides with my comments.

I had a hard time using the backspace arrow trying to get it to the right spot to split & delete ripple the end of the video which is what I did to the video & then added my slides after that.

You will see it won't play the slides. It does finish the video & the music under the slides starts playing, but not the slides themselves.

I do this all the time, so I'm not doing anything new. This is a first time issue.

Nope, restarting didn't help, but I noticed if I click on the slide it starts playing, it just doesn't transition from the video to the first slide.

Unload your project (restart videopad without loading your project) and try clearing the cache: see screenshot

This usually helps. 

PS: I also recommend to use the newest version (you have 13.28), current version is 13.35: Download newest version  . Some old 13.x versions had an issue with the cache.

Ok, this fixed the problem. I assume it was the cache issue. TONS of cache & considering I just switched to Win 10 (BIG mistake for me), there shouldn't have been a lot of cache since I think I've only worked on 3 videos, maybe 4 & they were small.
