Predictive Dialer

Hi,

I am Tarun from a contact center, our contact center (call center) wants to develop its own outbound and inbound predictive dialer. Can someone tell me that is it possible to develope a Predictive dialer on Axon virtual pbx system.

 

As in asterisk pbx we have AGI (Asterisk Gateway Interface), is it possible in Axon to link it with some external gateway interface or can it be used as in through some API.

well sounds good..

 

well i have seen axon used with some web hosted gateway or some thing like that i am not sure.. i have to figure out..

 

well they used nch all application and made predective dialer..

 

but result was not good at all..

 

if you have any idea or links how to develop predective dialer plz pass on to me
