Hi, I am Tarun from a contact center, our contact center (call center) wants to develop its own outbound and inbound predictive dialer. Can someone tell me that is it possible to develope a Predictive dialer on Axon virtual pbx system. As in asterisk pbx we have AGI (Asterisk Gateway Interface), is it possible in Axon to link it with some external gateway interface or can it be used as in through some API. Regards Tarun
