Jose Ferreira Posted July 7, 2022 Share Posted July 7, 2022 I recently bought Express Burn and I have a problem burning a data DVD to a Double Layer disc Express Burn only recognizes 4.7 GB and not 8.5 GB. Express Burn is an expensive program and I didn't expect to have such a problem. Please let me know what to do to resolve this situation. Keep in mind that not all DVD or Blu-ray players support dual-layer discs. If your Burning drive does support dual-layer discs, please contact the support team, provide them with the brand and model of the Burning drive you are using and they will let you know the next steps to follow. Jose Ferreira Posted August 6, 2022 Author Share Posted August 6, 2022 Hi, I have been in contact with support and I have received an unexpected reply concerning the resolution of my problem with ExpressBurn not recognizing DVD DL discs. My DVD burn works fine with Nero in Windows enviroment but don't work with ExpressBurn within my Mac. So I have sent to support an error file and they told me that cannot tell me when problem can be resolved and have an answer back which disappointed once I have paid for an software which is not fully operational.
