Hi, I have been in contact with support and I have received an unexpected reply concerning the resolution of my problem with ExpressBurn not recognizing DVD DL discs. My DVD burn works fine with Nero in Windows enviroment but don't work with ExpressBurn within my Mac. So I have sent to support an error file and they told me that cannot tell me when problem can be resolved and have an answer back which disappointed once I have paid for an software which is not fully operational. I don't what else to say I am really disappointed.

I recently bought Express Burn and I have a problem burning a data DVD to a Double Layer disc Express Burn only recognizes 4.7 GB and not 8.5 GB. Express Burn is an expensive program and I didn't expect to have such a problem. Please let me know what to do to resolve this situation. In addition, the recorder supports all types of Blu-Ray DVD and CD formats in all versions
