Luke Yang
I tried to edit an MP4 file, and when it was loaded, only the first part of the sound was heard, and the latter part of the sound was missing. How can I solve it? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GcsjK26EDAUYSLJVY3fij7MYgffh6vtO/view?usp=sharing
borate
What program created the mp4? Update to the latest release ... or the latest within your six-month free licensing period. Look here. If that doesn't solve the problem, please share the file that has the issue. Someone will check it out. Upload the file to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."

Luke Yang
Yes, I use other playback software to play normally. I have updated the latest version, but the situation is still the same. I will upload the file, please check it for me, thank you.
