Edmo
Is there anything like a special sign to tell the interpreter that the song should be played in a shuffled manner?

Hi, unfortunately there' s currently no option to add a rhythm marking on at the beginning of the score, indicating two eighth notes are to be played as a triplet subdivided to a quarter + eighth note. If you wish to make a formal suggestion to our developers, you may refer to this link:https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/ We value your inputs and feedback. Edmo
Hi, thank you for the quick answer. I am a hobby guitarist, using Crescendo only once in a while. Therefore I won't make a formal suggestion to your developers. I can imagine that it would take a huge effort to add a rhythm marking and make the player following the beat. For me Crescendo is a fine tool and I will use it as it is.
DannR
Well, any suggestion is taking into consideration, and that could be a great improvement in the program. Could be not now but for the future upgrades of Crescendo, so as we mentiones, NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/ Also if you keep getting issues or you can also contact Technical support: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=Crescendo&support
