How to increase icon and text size?

Classic FTP installed on Dell XPS 13 laptop and can not see icons and some text as it is VERY tiny. What can I do to increase the size. No other program on my laptop behaves like this running Windows 10.

Got it fixed, it was in the compatibility properties specifically the "Program DPI" had a check mark to use it for scaling. I unchecked it and all is well!

I have the same issue with Switch Plus which I just bought. How can I increase the font size in Switch Plus so I can view the words more easily in the app?

Have you tried to check the option the @Genestoy  mentioned? I quote it below:
