Got it fixed, it was in the compatibility properties specifically the "Program DPI" had a check mark to use it for scaling. I unchecked it and all is well! Thanks

Classic FTP installed on Dell XPS 13 laptop and can not see icons and some text as it is VERY tiny. What can I do to increase the size. No other program on my laptop behaves like this running Windows 10. Thanks for any help with this
