italiangen
Hi Borate, Merry Christmas. All of a sudden I'm having a problem loading a video file m2ts. When starting a new project, the new file never completely indexes. It stops at about a third of the way and just closes. I tried reinstalling 8.75, installing an older version 8.55 and still the same. I used Revo as well. Short of re-installing windows 10, do you have any suggestions? Stay Safe! borate
Upload the file to a free server, for analysis. Get a shared (public) link, copy the link and post it here, or in a Private Message to me. Update to the latest release. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. italiangen
Hi Borate, I reinstalled W10 and reloaded VPE and Debut. All is good. I think I may have deleted a file when I did a Disk Clean up and selected "User File History." Do you think there was something in there that caused the problem? Thanks for your help. borate
Wouldn't think that deleting "User File History" would affect this. Clear Unused Cache Files, under OPTIONS | DISK tab prior to starting a new project. During editing, files from other project can also be cleared in that manner.
