voxal voice Installing voxal voice crashes microphone settings

After installing Voxal Voice, the microphone stops working in any other program (Discord, Skype, etc.).
The microphone also does not work in Voxal Voice.
I am having errors like:
"voxal is unable to detect an audio stream"
and
"voxal is waiting for an application to use the microphone".
The microphone problem goes away after uninstalling Voxal Voice and reinstalling the microphone drivers from the manufacturer.
I tried to reinstall Voxal Voice, restarted the computer several times, but nothing helped.
How can I fix this problem?

Try doing a clean instalation of the program check the Control Panel/Sound, and make sure that you have all update. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Voxal folders:

C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Voxal

If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

After deleting the Voxal folder, restart your computer then install it again from the next link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/voicechanger/vxlsetup.exe

That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.
