Jpb2
I am trying to add photos but I keep getting "the request is not supported." I have uninstalled, rebooted, and I still get the same message
borate
What's the format of the photos? What version of Videopad is being used? Here is the latest. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info Upload a few of these files to a free server and someone will check them out. Make them public (share), copy the shared link and post it here. Confirm that Direct-X (Windows) is up to date. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/179113

borate
Close Videopad, then delete all files in this folder. "C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components" Reinstall the latest version. If still no go, please upload a few photos that don't display. Use a free server such as Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive. Share (make them public), copy the shared link and post it here. Someone will have a look.

borate
Your first link's pic loaded normally in Videopad. The 2nd wasn't available (constant loading symbol from WEBserver). Did you delete the above files and reinstall the latest version, as linked above?
Nationalsolo
Hi Never seen that message but both images downloaded OK here. (On second attempt for one of them... perhaps a glitch on the server) Images also loaded OK to version 8.35...... Do they load to the clip bin using the Add Files tab? What happens when you drag and drop them into the clip bin? Nat
Jpb2
I'm using Photo stage slide show. I'm not sure if I made that clear. I did upgrade but there was no file (C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components)
