borate
What version of VP is being used? Try the latest. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. THE best way to diagnose issues if to let other run the project just as you do. It's easy to share, takes but a few minutes, and can be private. Let's take a look... Here's how... http://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/23659-tips-for-getting-help-on-this-forum/ If it contains sensitive material link it in a personal message (PM). Click the envelope above. It won't be passed on or retained. Use FILE|SAVE PORTABLE PROJECT AS, not simply SAVE PROJECT, and don't forget to share it.
Nationalsolo
HI Difficult to say what might be the problem here as it's most unusual for video clips not to export and not play.. What version are you using? What happens when you just add two or three video clips and a couple of images to the timeline.....do they export and play OK? The best way to resolve this is to upload your project to Dropbox or equivalent. Open your project in VP and from the File Menu Save Portable Project As... Navigate to a suitable folder (or choose Desktop) and Click Select Folder. All the component clips and a vpj.exe file of your project will be copied and saved to a dated folder. Upload this folder to dropbox and make it public.and someone on the forum can take a look and see what might be the problem.. Nat
