Wiggle effect not working?

I downloaded the free version of video pad but for some reason I can't add waves effect on videos, why?

Using the latest non-licensed version, 7.39, WAVES look good here.

Find them in the effects editor under the Artistic category.

Nope, the text is still grey and I can't click it, only some are white text and Im able to click them.

What version does it say it is at the bottom left of the screen and also on the title bar at the top?

When you click the FX box on the video clip  and then scroll down the effects page, do you see these in the Artistic section?

Which ones are greyed out?

Usually there is an 'upgrade' prompt if a feature is not available in the non-licensed version, but it's conceivable that this is the cause.  It works here with 7.39.

As Nat says, what version is being used?

Looks as if you're using a MAC where 7.33 is the latest version.  If the wiggle doesn't work file a bug report.  Click the chevron at the top-right of the Videopad window.
