Your text tool allows making outline. Just choose the right font and click the outline, choose the color.

I think after you took the snapshot, you can goto image and found the snapshot. Right click it and there should be an option to save it.

I tested and out of 4 snapshots I took, the first 2 were spot on! But the later 2 were not accurate.

I've reported frame by frame related problems too. Right now, the frame by frame playback often get stuck when going forward, and frame by frame capture with MTS source is not accurate. I've heard they'll be working on these after finishing the task on hand. We'll see. BTW, I've also checked out lots of video editors and eventually decided to stay with VP.

You're correct. I've also discovered that once you activated a lossless export, you have to manually switch it off for those that requires encoding or it will said it doesn't export losslessly.

The website download link is 32 bit version and I also noticed that every time I installed a new version, I need to set the GPU in option again.
